    5th May - Chad Roberts, Tai Chi instructor, chatted to Kathy about this centuries old martial art and form of exercise that now has a global following. Tai Chi orginates in China, being deeply rooted in Chinese philosophy and culture with many people practicing in public parks in the early morning hours where it is a community driven practice, providing not only exercise but companionship and wellness.
